Good Vibes Travel Co Terms and Conditions

This agreement is between you – the “Client” – and Good Vibes Travel Co. In the absence of your
agreement to these terms, Good Vibes Travel Co. will be unable to offer these services.

This agreement contains the terms and conditions by which Good Vibes Travel Co., in consideration for
the client’s payment, agrees to provide travel tours and other travel-related products and services. All
products and services offered are subject to change without notice. As of the date of posting, this
information is current. This information is subject to change on or before your booking date.

LIABILITY STATEMENT: Good Vibes Travel Co. and/or any representative thereof acts as an agent for
independent travel suppliers – including, but not limited to, hotels, excursion providers, airlines, and
other transportation providers – to provide you with the services that you purchase. Good Vibes Travel
Co. takes all steps to ensure that proper arrangements are made for your vacation. Good Vibes Travel
Co. does not accept and expressly disclaims any liability for the actions or omissions of these
independent travel suppliers, including their failure to comply with any laws such as the Americans with
Disabilities Act (ADA) or breach of contract made by these independent travel suppliers. If you find you
have any dispute with such persons, we will give you as much help as we can in resolving a dispute. You
understand and agree that Good Vibes Travel Co. shall not be liable for any injury, loss, expense, or
damage to persons or property resulting, directly or indirectly, from the acts or omissions of these
independent travel suppliers, including but not limited to accidents, overbookings, cancellation of
services, delays, cessation of operations, failures of equipment, or changes in fares, itineraries, or
schedules. Good Vibes Travel Co. is not responsible or liable for bodily injury, property damage, or other
damage or loss caused by factors beyond our control, including, but not limited to, airline turbulence,
transportation accidents, war, terrorism, weather, quarantine, sickness, flight delays, government
restrictions, terrorism, mechanical breakdowns, acts of God, fires, earthquakes, floods, regulations or
actions, acts of civil unrest, strikes, riots, theft, disease or accidents, or failures related to the public
internet, telecommunications lines or facilities, or third party technology systems, other unforeseen
circumstances, or any other cause beyond our control, including your physical, medical, or mental
disabilities, your failure to obtain valid travel documents, or your failure to follow travel instructions.
Good Vibes Travel Co. is not responsible for any injury or damages you may suffer in connection with
your air or ground transportation under any circumstances.

Any promotional materials and promotions found on Good Vibes Travel Co. website are subject to
change without notice.

Good Vibes Travel Co. considers various factors in recommending independent travel suppliers and
itineraries to you. We assist you in finding independent travel suppliers and booking vacation packages
that will meet your individual needs. In this role, we are acting as an independent third party and not as
a fiduciary. Separate terms and conditions dictated by the applicable independent travel supplier will
apply to your reservation and purchase of any products and services. You agree to abide by such terms
and conditions, including payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the applicable
independent travel supplier & policies, rules, and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares,
products, and services. You understand that any violation of any such independent travel supplier. Terms, conditions, policies, rules or, restrictions may result in (a) your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation or purchase, (b) cancellation of your reservation or purchase, (c) your being denied access to any flights, hotels, or other products or services, and (d) Good Vibes Travel Co. debiting your account for any costs Good Vibes Travel Co. incurs as a result of such violation. You acknowledge that you will be responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of your purchase of any products or services purchased through Good Vibes Travel Co. and/or provided by an independent travel supplier.

Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance is strongly recommended. It is the client’s responsibility to protect
their vacation purchases. Please contact Good Vibes Travel Co. for information regarding travel

Personal Data: You agree and acknowledge that, by providing Good Vibes Travel Co. with any personal
information for the purpose of reserving or purchasing products or services, you consent to Good Vibes
Travel Co. transmitting such information to any and all independent travel suppliers (including, in some
cases, transfers over international borders as necessary for processing in accordance with Good Vibes Travel Co. standard business practices).

Flights: At the time of booking, your Good Vibes Travel Co. travel agent will be able to confirm the latest
flight details. These details will appear on the booking confirmation that is issued upon the receipt of
your deposit. Your flight tickets and/or any and all electronic documents, which will be sent to you upon
processing final payment, will contain your flight information. All times are subject to change. It is your
responsibility to reconfirm your flight times prior to departing for the airport. Good Vibes Travel Co.
assumes no responsibility or liability for any clients who fail to make their independent connections to
flights booked through Good Vibes Travel Co. Pre-assigned seat selection is at the discretion of the air
carrier and may require payment of an additional fee. Failure to check-in for your flight at the correct
time may result in denied boarding and a refund may not be issued. Check-in times will vary by carrier
and all clients are required to check with the air carrier for the most current information. Some airlines
do not allow name changes. Good Vibes Travel Co. does not accept liability for client luggage or personal

Entry/Re-Entry Requirements: Proper documentation is the client’s responsibility. You hereby release
Good Vibes Travel Co. from any duty of checking and/or verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination,
or other entry requirements of each destination. It is the client’s responsibility to have the required
proper passports or government issued IDs where permitted. Contact the consulate for the country to
which you are traveling to be accurately advised of specific current requirements. A passport valid for up
to 6 months past the date of return is required for U.S. citizens traveling to certain countries. For details
on how to obtain a passport, contact your local courthouse or post office. If you are not a U.S. citizen,
contact the embassy of the country to which you are traveling to determine required entry documents.

Denial of Entry: Some countries have specific rules and policies concerning entry of travelers with
criminal records. Anyone with even a minor criminal past may be denied entry into any foreign country
or entry back into the United States if you are not a U.S. Citizen. If you have a criminal record, it is
important to check with the United States Embassy and the embassy or consulate of the country you
wish to visit to ensure you can travel as planned. Good Vibes Travel Co. strongly urges clients to review
current travel advisories, warnings, and restrictions issued by the United States government before
booking any travel. In addition, clients are responsible for determining and obtaining proper documentation for travel to international destinations.
