~Online Check-In
Simplify the check-in process by using the Online Check-In system.
Travel Agents aren't permitted to submit certain legal forms on behalf of guests, but I can assist you with the process.
Online Check In will be done via Disney Cruise Line website, simply go to the Online Check-In Dashboard and enter your Account Information, Reservation Number and Date of Birth on the right side of the page. Then click My Online Check-In on the left side of the page.
If you do not have an account on the Disney Cruise Line website no worries just go in and create your account.
Once your account is set up, you may continue to the Online Check-In Dashboard.
If you need any assistance, please call the Disney Cruise Line website help desk at 800-951-3532.

Once you complete the Online Check-In - you will need to print and sign the Signature Form and take it to the port check-in counter. This is a required step in the process. If you do not complete this step, you'll have to do it at the check-in counter, slowing down the process.
Using this same website you can plan your onboard activities, dining, and excursions. Just click on My Cruise Plans on the left side of the page. (after final payment date and final payment is made) If you would rather have me plan your cruise activities just let me know. I am more than happy to!
~Guest Embarkation Form
Disney Cruise Line requires that you submit a Embarkation-Departure Form prior to boarding your cruise.
This form requires you to provide details about your reservation; your personal contact information; a required emergency contact person ; guest pregnancy status; minor information; and details on how you will travel after disembarkation.
I am not permitted to complete this form for guests. You will need to complete it via Online Check-In or submit a paper copy at the port check-in counter.
If you use Online Check-In, this data must be submitted to Disney Cruise Line® no later than 48-hours before embarkation. I suggest using Online Check-In, otherwise your check-in process at the port may be delayed.
~Onboard payment authorization
Disney Cruise Line requires that you submit a Payment Authorization Form prior to embarkation.
This form requires you to specify either a Credit Card, Traveler's Check or Personal Check for use in paying for any purchases charged to your room via your Key to the World card, and guarantees that you will pay your balance before leaving the ship.
I am not permitted to complete this form for guests. You will need to complete it via Online Check-In or submit a paper copy at the port check-in counter.

~Cruise Contract
The Disney Cruise Line® Cruise Contract will become available on your Online Check-In Dashboard.
Read the Contract thoroughly, print it, and have all adult members of the travel party sign the Signature Form and present it when checking in at the port.
If you choose not to use Online Check-In, all adult members of your party will sign the Contract at the port check-in counter.
The Contract must be signed and presented to Disney Cruise Line® at the port or you will not be permitted to board the ship.

~Identification Requirements
Guest are responsible for obtaining proper valid documentation to board the ship. U.S. Government passport requirements continue to change; therefore I strongly encourage Guests of all ages to have a valid U.S. passport for all cruises originating in the U.S. Having a passport allows you to always be prepared to travel wherever you wish, and offers an added measure of security when you're traveling.
U.S. Citizens boarding in the United States: US Citizens are required to obtain a valid, non-expired passport for all members sailing - including infants and children - or, provide certified original birth certificates and government-issued photo ID for each adult, and certified original birth certificates for children under age 16 (when traveling with adults over age 16).
U.S. Citizens traveling on European, Trans-Atlantic, and Alaskan sailings: You will be required to obtain a passport for all members sailing, including any infants or children.
Non-U.S. Citizens: a valid passport is required. Check with your local consulate on whether you will need a visa to enter any of the destinations you will be visiting.
Please be advised: While you are not required to obtain a passport for sea-based travel, air travel outside the United States, regardless of reason, does require a passport. These rules are subject to change per the US Department of State. If you need to obtain a passport, visit the US Department of State website or call the U.S. National Passport Information Center at 877-4USA-PPT.
~Future Sailing
Think you may want to sail again? There are benefits when booking a future Disney Cruise sailing while you are still on-board!
You will receive a special discount and sometimes they will even offer an onboard credit!
If you are unsure of an exact future cruise or sail date, you can book a placeholder cruise which will allow you to choose your date at a later time as long as you sail within 2 years of the date that the placeholder is booked.
I hope you have an AMAZING time on your Disney Cruise! Don't forget I LOVE referrals so please feel free to pass my info along to family and friends!
