Cancellation Policy for travel booked with
Good Vibes Travel Co, LLC

 My services are complimentary to you when you book a vacation package (room, flights, park tickets &/or dining plan). I take time to consult and reserve things such as : Resort Reservations, Flight details, Dining Reservations, FastPass+ Selections, Special Events, Recreation and anything else you may need throughout the planning process.

Because of all the time that is invested in each client providing personal service, I trust that your expectations will be exceeded. Per the industry standard, I am not compensated by suppliers until after my clients complete their travel. Because of this, my cancellation policy will be in effect if you need to cancel your vacation package.

If you should need to cancel your vacation package, a $150 cancellation fee can be paid via paypal to Heather@goodvibestravelco.com or I can bill it to you via PayPal. Upon receipt of your payment, I will proceed with canceling your vacation package, followed by an email confirmation with proof of cancellation. Additionally, any funds due to you by the supplier (if applicable) will be refunded to your original method of payment, pursuant to the supplier's cancellation policy.
